We’ve talked about how this company works and the requirements and features. Now let’s talk about what you should be aware of before you join:
No BBB Listing
The company is not listed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. But for those of you who use the BBB to decide if a business is legit or not, this could give you pause.
No Obligation to Pay Commissions
In reading the fine print of the Terms and Conditions, it should be noted that AdWorkMedia state they are under no obligation to pay commissions unless they have received payment from the merchant or advertiser. These cases are probably rare enough but worth noting.
According to my research, there have been a few anecdotal instances where publishers didn’t get paid and received no response from AdWorkMedia. This may not be a deal breaker for you but you might want to keep it in mind should you choose to join them.
